iSTEM (Integrative STEM)

The integrative STEM program (iSTEM) is designed for elementary education teachers interested in enhancing their knowledge and performance in the areas of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. iSTEM requires 33-36 hours for program completion.

Required Courses (21 credit hours)

Core Course Requirements (12 or 15 credit hours)

In consultation with the SOE administration, program chairs may substitute alternative courses for core courses in graduate programs. 

*In lieu of EDGCC 514, graduate students must take two graduate courses offered by the School of Education at Saint Xavier University, as approved by their advisor and Program Chair.
